Mothman bass - why has no one replicated it?

Just morbid curiousity... I cant recall, but Who is currently under posession of The Mothman? I know for a fact that it has changed hands several times since the group purchase.

Oh Yea, I miss The bride of Mothman as well... Any of those photos still around?(LOL)

I was in the group buy, and know of at least two owners. However, every time this question is asked, no answer is given. There is probably a reason. If you wish to dig further, be prepared for the horrible answers you may find!

(LOL)Yep, thank You Sir! I google searched it prior to going to lunch, and all I found were some smaller baseball card sized pics....:bassist:

Yes, I was part of the buy group as well and have wondered at times where it ended up. I dont think that I'll hazard to venture any further, as what You're saying is probably all too true!

I'm sure it has changed hands several times since the original buy proving that ordinary bass players do not have the strength to "host" the mothman for more than a short period.

Obviously the only "safe" final resting place for Mothman would be hermetically sealed inside a glass case at the Mothman museum...

And woe unto him who breaks the seal!

The Mothman was neither created, nor does the Mothman have a creator. It was spontaneously spawned under circumstances which have possess odds of 1 out of 100000000000000000000 of repeating again.

It's creation involved the sacrifice of 1 member from each type of living being (human, each animal group, etc). Each living being cast itself into fire and brimstone, later the Mothman was mysteriously "discovered".
