Mothman Escape!!!

Months ago I called Action for a price and shipping quote... they never called back. Guess the Mothman didn't want me...

It was never up to Matt to decide its' next victim.
During the MM era I had 4 70's Fender's and an old Stingray in the shop for sale.
They were priced at market value and not one of them sold.
Colincidence?
I think not.

Apparently it has travelled backwards through time...

If that's Northern Virginia, I think I might know where that practice space is, actually. About a 10 minute walk from Action Music if it's the one I'm thinking of.

If it's Austin, Texas, though, I got nothin'.

The Mothman's current owner resides at least 2300 miles away from Virginia and at least 1200 miles away from Austin, Texas.
I should have mentioned that the new owner is taking lessons from my son's former guitar teacher, because our family moved and it's no longer possible for the two of them to be in the same physical location on a regular basis.

I'm pretty sure no one owns the Mothman.

The Mothman owns YOU.

Ok, I'm starting to understand. The new people involved with the Mothman have no idea what they've gotten themselves into and the 1200+ miles that separate me from the Mothman are meaningless.
I need to be careful with this situation!

It's not too serious for you. Yet.

I don't feel so confident for the new owner(s) however.

Those entities which have a vested interest in The Mothman merely seek to obtain and 'prison it to nullify its danger to THEM. For as the mad poet Abdul Al-hazrad has writ in the accursed pages of his Kitab al Azif :

Verily do we know little of the other universes beyond the gate which YOG-SOTHOTH guards.

Of those which come through the gate and make their habitation in this world none can tell; although Ibn Schacabao tells of the beings which crawl from the Gulf of S'ghlhuo that they may be known by their sound. In that Gulf the very worlds are of sound, and matter is known but as an echo; and the notes of our pipes in this world may create beauty or bring forth abominations in S'glhuo.

But now the barrier between our universe of light and the eternal lightlessness of S'hlhuo haply has grown thin. And when sourceless sounds occur we may justly look to the denizens of S'glhuo whose minds and form are hideous to behold

Shun them and stand not between nor seek to thwart them should they petition YOG-SOTHOTH and pay the fearsome price YOG-SOTOTH extracts to cross the barrier to our world for unfathomable purposes of their own. They will do little harm to those of Earth, and fear only that shape which a certain sound may form in their universe. …

When you put it that way, Cthulhu rocking the Mothman makes perfect sense.
