MP3s for Tascam GB-10 Bass Trainer

The "hard way" is to record audio into DAW software and encode them to MP3 files. If you use Audacity (it's freeware) you must also download and install the LAME MP3 encoder program. If you use Reaper, it will render audio files to MP3 natively.

There are also some programs that will extract the audio from YouTube videos and save them as MP3s, if you don't mind being a pirate. I have no experience with these.
