Multi Bass Stands?

BTW, not to sound link an endorser (because of not) but the entire line of Warwick bags and stands are well built for the money. The rockbag is a good value as well as some of their rack bags.

I'll second that. I've got a RockBag and it's one of the best gig bags I own. It wasn't too expensive either.

The Warwick stands are good values. They hold up well and do the job. I suppose the problem with the foam will happen with any stand. Foam will not last forever, it'll eventually dry out and become brittle.

Does the Warwick stand come with any warning about nitro finishes?

I say nay on the rolling stand.. Do you want your expensive toys rolling away and banging your headstocks on the wall after you pick up your bass or guitar? even on carpeting it screams bad idea.

I have this stand from Warwick that I bought from TPB:

its does the job but:

- You do have to be careful pulling one of your basses out so that you dont bang the body against the ones next to it. After awhile you get used to pulling your bass/guitar straight out.

- My headless bass sits on its strap pin not the body - while this is not a problem for most basses , Those that have a Steinberger or Status style bridge system will have to be a little more careful

- You have to periodically switch instruments around since the foam can get "formed" into the bass/guitar that is is holding therefore thinning the pad between your precious bass and the steel frame(look at the pic above)

Overall however I do like the stand
its convenient
its easy to put together and displays the instruments nicely
its was relatively cheap


I think using this and/or wall hangers is the way to go

I've got this same stand...I found it to be a b***h to put together...But, when you have 3 basses and two g*****s, and 3 cases...you don't exactly want to leave them on the floor. Especially when most have sentimental values. I do love it, though.
