Hmmmm....interestingly when I called and asked for a coupon they wouldn't give me one. They guy told me they weren't allowed to do that. He did ask what I was looking at and offered to make a great deal. Honestly, I wish they would go back to having the coupon on the site.
 
The deals I've gotten using the email have ALWAYS been better than any coupon they've ever had available. Sometimes substantially better, as was the case last week. Just depends on their margin on whatever item you're interested in as to what discount they offer you. Wouldn't be surprised if they factor in previous purchases as well, but have nothing to back that up.

I used to browse their scratch & dent section and found almost brand new items for a fraction of the price.
They have a strict return policy so you know the stuff they get back looks pretty good.

I am pretty sure that for certain ticket item you can negotiate and get 15%-25% off.

Also since we are talking about phone sales, call at the end of the month. Some peeps might not have reached their quotas yet...
