Fender is a private corporation and like all corporations -- public and private -- it has shareholders, officers, and directors.

Shareholders are the owners. Officers and directors are employees. It is the job of the officers and directors to make money for the shareholders whether the corporation is public or private. With a close corporation they are often the same people wearing different hats.

Tone block would be uber fantabulous, but I'm mostly praying for piezo bridge option. I'm planning on ordering a 5'er next yr.

Reviving an old thread because I really can't wait to hear more about this bass.

Everything that I've always said I want in my next bass, EBMM puts it out (I swear I thought of the Strat-style pickup config first...) and the Reflex is no different. Anybody have any more pictures they'd like to share?

If only Fender was as innovative as EBMM...

I think Fender should stop trying to be innovative. Build quality passive Ps and Js and offer more color options. That's what Fender has to do.
