I know I'm five months late but anyway...
The guy didn't express any preference, just explained the way the comparison worked (he used only the P p.u. when playing the PJ models, for example, mentioned the flats on the JMJ etc.) and mentioned few features/specs/differences between the models.
No personal opinions on the different tones (but at least we can hear it) but also no comments on the actual feel, which is a bigger shame because the basses have so many differences (nitro vs. various types of poly, worn vs. glossy neck, different fret size, neck profiles, fretboard radius...) that can really make a difference (pardon the pun...).
A (partially) lost opportunity...
