Bitterroot Guitars has truss rods in 20" (Truss Rod dual action 20 1/8). It's the only place I've found them so far. I don't know what their shipping cost would be like to Australia...
Regarding the bridge, that is indeed a Gotoh 203B-4. Looking around, I was able to buy one for about $30 (Canadian), which is a steal for how good it is.

Also I think the original bridges might have been narrower string spacing - maybe?

Original bridges have 18mm spacing. 19 mm works, but I would avoid anything with 20 or 21 mm.

I just got a bunch of 20" truss rods from bitter root. The shipping was horrendous, but the bulk price of them worked out to make them cheaper than buying locally. I'm in Tassie, so sing out if you want me to ship one to you!
