3 months ago? Was it new? Sounds like warranty work to me.

First, slow your breathing down, and take a cleansing breath.
Regardless if you bought it new or used etc., try this before unleashing nuclear annihilation:
Switch it off and disconnect any and all cables running to and from it.
Read troubleshooting section in amp manual (if you still have it.)
Check rating on back of amp; 4 Ohms is most common.
Check rating on back of cabinet; typically 8 or 4 Ohms.
If running more than one cab, ensure that amp and cab equal and or match.
If you're not exceeding amp rating, take your time and reconnect amp to cab cable. (Make sure you're using a SPEAKER cable and NOT an instrument cable.
Reconnect and plug-in amp power cord.
Set gain and master volumes on amp all the way down/off.
Reconnect your instrument (bass) cable to your amp AND bass.
Turn your bass volume all the way down/off.
Engage power on amp...wait a minute...
Ensure ANY mute switches are NOT engaged on amp.
Turn your instrument volume all the way up.
Set gain on amp at/about 9 or 10 o'clock.
Slowly turn master volume up to about 9 or 10 o'clock.
Play a note.
No sound?
Double check your bass to input connections/cables.
Still no sound?
Contact seller/manufactuer for remedies.

Welcome to the forum. You can get some good advice but it would help if you named the amp so someone familiar with the brand can chime in and even better if you posted a pic or video.
