That's an MXR El Grande Bass Fuzz, in all of the clips I posted so far with fuzz.

As you can tell the Nano Muff accentuates the mids, which makes the wah really cut.

By the way I turned the sharpness of the sweep down a tad on an internal trimpot for that last clip, I think I found a really good balance for with the Nano Muff fuzz. The sound of this wah with the vintage spec is I think a little bit richer than the sound of my other Bass Q Wah without the vintage spec. Whatever's going on, I like it! Definitely recommend the vintage spec, nice solid, creamy tone.

Mark... is your Bass Q Wah a 6 or 12 position wah?

My Bass Q Wah is the 12 position version, and I'd always use that in the highest sweep position, so my custom wah just has the highest sweep position.
