I no longer see the number of posts members have made including my own. Has this feature been removed?

Feedback is only displayed by your user name if you are actually in the For Sale forums. If you're browsing in any other forum, you have to view someone's profile to see their feedback.

Does this apply to the number of posts members have made? I used to be able to see my post number increase each time I replied to a thread. Now I no longer see any post count.

As Joshua said, they're visible in your profile. That was just recently changed, though; you used to be able to see them all the time. Go to the Suggestion Box forum, I believe there is a thread in there that addresses this change.
