Well, I got these pictures from Brian tonight! My LEJ 4 is complete!!

The body is basswood and the quilted top is amazing. Brian said the bass weighs a little under 8 lbs. The controls are volume, volume, tone and stacked bass and treble. I love the burst finish...I can't wait to get this baby in my hands!

I think it came out looking great...that quilted top is just stunning...

Brian is a great guy and these basses are among the best in the market right now.

Thanks B!

The back of your bass looks really cool too. The stain and the basswood react in an awesome way. It's got this 3-D thing going on when you look at it. You'll just have to see it to understand.

When I talked to Brian this afternoon he told me about the back and what you had said. I can't wait to see it, feel it...maybe rub myself with it. Um...never mind. :hiding:

:D

Thanks Scott!

I guess with success comes problems such as fakes.

Sorry man, but yours is a fake. The truss rod access is in the wrong place and the string tree is all wrong. Also real LEJ basses have clips for the batteries. And do you really think Brian would use a pink towel?

Still looks great though. Do you have a real LEJ to compare it to? Let us know how they differ if you can.

You're kidding right? Mark knows Brian and is getting it from Brian directly IIAC.
