Picked up an early 2000's MTD Artist and really dig it. Here is a video from the Halloween private party last weekend with that bass, love the way it looks on stage, and an absolutely killer neck/fretboard. Yes, I am wearing a wig

Disclaimer: The sound guy forgot to put my cabs in the trailer, so I was DI straight to the board, not the best sound.

Thanks, the bass itself does have a very strong growl/throaty/sizzle to it (more growl than either of my Stingrays), good for the rock we play in that band, not so much for the reggae stuff, but who cares. At an outdoor venue that size most of what is heard is the PA anyway, but my Bergantino stack is way more articulate and a punch-monster. Thanks for the props though, I am really digging that bass.
