Where did it shine vs. your old amp?

well the last amp i owned was an ampeg V4B, where did it shine vs. that ???? pretty much everywhere, the V4B was far to overdriven and underpowered for me....If i buy another tube amp it will be an SVT....my last SS amp was a GK1001rb i thought the tone of the Nemesis was allot richer, fuller and easier to dial in. very crisp and responsive. I haven't really even mastered "setting the NA650 up" yet to maximize it to its capabilites. I am looking forward to learning more about this unit, and what it will do. I am a little surprised by the lack of talk about this amp, i love it.

The NA650 is a more complex amp than, say, the Eden WT550B. There's lots of tonal tweaking available to you, but it requires more experimentation. This isn't a bad thing, though. It's very capable and flexible once you sit down and learn all its available settings and variables.
