Both the Aguilar and the Sadowsky head are great.

I haven't had a chance to play the SA200 out live.

I play them in my basement at relatively low volumes. The SA200 is a fuller sounding head. The DB359 is more mid present. I leave the EQ's ar 12 o'clock and the bass and treble switches on the DB359 are off.

I like the sound of the SA200 playing alone better but I've gigged with the DB359 and I've never heard myself better live with any amp I've ever owned. I've also had a few bassists that I've gigged with often tell me they never hear me sound better.
