I have had four Bach Nonreverse Thunderbirds over the years, at the moment I have three single pickup Bachs, from left to right.
1. Series 2 black with my reproduction pickguard and tailpiece and a early Thunderbucker. Thin body and neck.
2. Series 3 honeyburst with my reproduction pg, tailpiece and tugbar, pickup is a later Thunderbucker. Thicker body and beefy neck.
3. Series 3 transparent cherry with my repro pg, tailpiece and tugbar. Pickup is a Dimarzio Model G under a reproduction TB pickup cover. Thicker body, beefy neck. All three are great basses but the cherry is my favorite, it feels much like my first Thunderbird a '68.
