...who wound those strings???!
The peghead is not familiar to me, but I'm guessing it's a home brew or small builder.
It may be a cheap import, but the details seem to go against that.

Lol, I didn’t even notice the string winding and the black tuner at first.
If I were the builder of these instruments I would name my company “Hard Pass”

If you wind the strings on it right, it'll be centered.

If it is cheap enough and plays well, it would be a good platform for some upgrades.
