Mystery Jazz Bass

Can anyone help me identify this bass? It looks like the neck was replaced by the previous owner. The only writing I can find on it is on the neck plate, which says "Made in Japan"

It was missing the pickup covers when I got it but the screw holes were there.

Could be any of many Jazz knockoffs manufactured in Japan over the years.

It’s definitely not a Fender, if that is what you’re wondering.

"Made in Japan" on the upper third of the neck plate usually spells made by Fuji Gen Gakki, early 1970s. But there's no way of accurately determining the origin of a bass like this, beyond MIJ.
