NAD: Ampeg Content

I picked up this USA Ampeg B-100R last weekend and I love it. The amp has some issues and cosmetic damage but for the clubs that I prefer I'd rather it not be in too nice of cosmetic condition.

It has a grounding issue and hums when I turn it up high, on power off it makes a "pop" sounds and then a winding down sound, and the headphone jack doesn't work (no clue on the line out).

But for $150 I think I got a decent amp. What do you guys think? What would be realistic repair costs? Are they necessary if the issues don't bother me? Does anyone have a favorite shop for repairs in the Chicago west suburbs?

Thanks for the help.

no idea about the hum issue, but more than likely it's a grounding thing. but the cosmetics actually look pretty nice except for the logo, and that's easily replaced.
