This is where talking about sound becomes a challenge: what do you mean by quicker?

They’re both solid state, but the CL sounds more so, if that makes sense. It’s shockingly (to me) loud at low volume and you can push it to medium-gig volume. The VR will get there, but you have to crank it a little more.
