One of the first rigs I had as a 12-yer old kid was a Kustom PA 100 head (silver sparkle, roll-n-tuck) on a Univox 1 x 12 cabinet, and later the 2 x 15 matching Kustom cab.

I sold it to finance some crap for my first wife. I always wanted that rig back really badly, but never could find one locally. Yup, it was pure nostalgia, as there is nothing really special about those rigs, other than the uber-cool look. (Or un-cool, depending on your tastes.)

I found this for just over $200 at Atomic Music, a really cool local used gear spot, and grabbed it. OK, it is gold, not silver, but close enough. As far as I can tell, everything works perfectly except the missing "ON" indicator bulb and missing lens cover, which will be an easy fix. This even has a reverb tank, which sounds really nice.

I'm going to use it with that little Epifani next to it for my Rick-O-Sound stereo steup. Not loud enough to piss-off the neighbors, but it makes me happy.

Annnnd...for the "No pic no amp weenies."

Tuck & Roll is by far the most comfortable rig to lay on when being hauled with the gear.
I can remember laying on a 315 on it's side more than once.

love tuck and roll, have two 69 2x15 guitar cabs in cascade (also a 69 k200b in black but i had to set it aside as i kept smoking transistors)

I don't recall ever playing bass through one, but the rhythm guitarist in one of my first groups had one, and that thing was a MONSTER for relatively clean headroom "hit you like a ton of bricks" guitar tone. To this day one of my favorite sounds...

Used one for many years. Put in some JBL K140’s and had tone for days.

Found two minor issues. The aforementioned pilot light, (now fixed with a new light bulb and a blue jewel lens), and the reverb tank getting wonky at higher volumes.

Turns out a previous owner had hoarked-down the tank to its suspension rails so tightly that I had difficulty loosening the mounting nuts and bolts.

I loosened it and let down so it was just resting on its isolation mounts and problem solved.

May replace the two knobs missing their decorative center disks, or may call it character and leave it as is.

Runs like a champ, sounds great.

I’m a tuck ‘n roll fan. I have a couple Kustom T&R 2x15 cabs. The heads kinda suck but the cabs with the JBL’s sound great. I often use one with an Ampeg V4B head.

When I got this, it was wearing this plug, a 3-prong/grounded plug. It had a cardboard cover over the internals.

I decided to update it with a lighted plug, and when I removed it, I found that some tool had put it on a two wire cord.

OK, I'm an idiot for not noticing the lack of a ground wire when I opened and cleaned the amp; additionally, I knew there was a ground issue, as when I took my hands off the strings, I got line noise, a dead giveaway I stupidly ignored at first.

Even worse, the "Death Cap" was still there, and I missed that too...If you don't know what that is, it is a capacitor that that connects the AC to the metal chassis, and which filters high frequency line noise.

When it goes bad, and they all do eventually, the 110 current will seek ground, and if you are plugged in and touching your strings, that could be you.

Sooooooo, all squared away now with a 3-prong plug and cord, and properly grounded.

I should have ~carefully~ inspected this before I used it, and I didn't.
