Sorry to hear that, mine still works but so far I haven't used it for anything except practicing in my room at low volume, if it does break I will probably just get a refund instead of a replacement (if I can even do that)

Turns out one of the Tung Sol 12ax7 tubes I put in had some cracks in the glass by the base that I never noticed, but it worked fine for a while... You can see the 2 cracks and the white cloudy stuff up in the exhaust tip.
I put back in the Bugera tubes that it came with and it works awesome!

Not sure I would use this amp for gigging! I would be afraid it might give up before the gig does.
Throw a micro-head in the car for backup. I think it will be sturdy. My Behringer BX4500H has been rock solid for 10 years. I paid 200 new.

I always digged Bugera's stuff in that they tried to knock off some of the more well known amps, however I will agree the quality and buildmanship was not the same but apples to oranges really. For what they were/are and can be had cheaper they do a good job providing some good tones.
