Got this today..
I was ready to put new caps in but its done... and with some great caps!!
Notice how this is a VTA - 400 but its not the Festival Series model.
First test run was good but one of the tubes is microphonic and it howls at any decent volume. I'll check it out more tomorrow when I can crank it.
The circuit board is held up by the lugs on the pots... HMMMM.. may have to rebuild it. Seems like good quality components and good workmanship besides that.
But first I need to figure where to hook in the "power amp in"... Cant wait to try my VTPB 201 with this power section!!!
