looks a lot like a Burns Artist.

That design looks like a rare version of the Burns Sonic bass, like this one but in a more standard color scheme. Most Sonics don’t have the extended upper horns.

Yeah, it's an Artist, which cost a bit more than the Sonic. Burns wasn't the most consistent company,
so there are often slight variations in details on the same model.

My '63 Burns of London Vista Sonic is 32" scale - Burns may have been one of the 1st to do a med-scale bass.
