Naming Bass need suggestions

Don't name your bass...That's childish.
Not to mention, if you need someone else to think of a name for you then the bass doesn't mean enough to you to have a name yet anyway. Naming basses is childish.

If you name a musical instrument you must. . .
A) Think up the name yourself
B) Don't tell anyone
edit: if you have one of these however i think "Kate" would be appropriate.

If that's the whole of its story, I don't think any name would be fun and meaningful.

I usually name mine after my most recent ex, or someone that has really influenced me lately, or a movie quote. Something that compelled me at the time.
My current one is nameless right now. If I named it after any of the above it would have to be "(expletive) we broke up so quit texting me at 3 am!" OR it would be called Daphne, because that name has stuck to me for a bit, but I don't remember quite where I heard it.
