Too many knobs!Devon basses. Absolutely killer instruments. Best in show award in my opinion.

Since Devon is a custom builder, the options are up to you. If you look at the 3rd picture, there are only three controls. I suspect one or more could have a push/pull function.Too many knobs!
Thanks! Those new colors are as gorgeous as I expected.
In South America lots of players use these kind of basses to play Cumbia, Bachata, Vallenato, Bossa, etc.Who buys / plays those super high-end fancy wood 6 string beasts?
All the pros I see almost always play a Fender P or J or very similar variant. The players I interface with, and the folks that I see at festivals don't play the bling basses. If I go to a festival with 30 bands (30 bass players), 20 of them are playing Fender P-basses, maybe 5 are playing Fender Jazz Basses, 1 or 2 might be playing a Guild / Gibson semi-hollow, 1 or 2 a Music Man or T-bird, and maybe zero or one will have a boutique 6 string made from some purple tree.
Woah - When did PJ Rubal leave? And take a look at the Spector booth. After all, big changes this year as Korg is now in control (I guess), since Stuart retired last year and PJ is gone too.
I'm surprised that there wasn't any buzz about the GR Bass carbon fibre cabinets. Those things are stupid light and I hear that the sound great. Did anyone check them out at NAMM?

I heard he retired, and is not involved with Artist Relations. But don't know for sure.Woah - When did PJ Rubal leave?
Less than a back or hernia surgery does..............^^ The $64000 question is, what do they cost?
Meh. I humped around a a full PA on my own for 20 years. Just designed it correctly so all the boxes were modular and fit on a removalist's hand truck. My 15+6 rig is also designed the same and is louder than on 4x10 I've ever heard, so for $20, I can easily move my rig in and out of about anywhere. It's not super light, but not classically heavy either.Less than a back or hernia surgery does..............
