So the U.P.S. man dropped this bad boy off at my work yesterday!

I got this bass from the GC used site and I have to give props to salesman I talked to in Pennsylvania, his name escapes me right now...but he spent about 30 min over the phone giving me a verbal tour of the bass, he was very knowledgable and answered all my questions truthfully! His description was dead on! It is in GREAT shape and only has some minor buckle rash on the back!! Thanks to GC in PA for a great overview of this bass!

This is the first passive bass that I have owned since the late 90's...which is a shame since I listened to/played along with almost everything Duck Dunn growing up! The tone is that vintage p-bass sound that we all know and love! The fit and finish are top-notch and the overall feel is fantastic! It weighs in at a slim 9lbs and hangs comfortably on a strap with no neck dive. I typically like/use active basses...Spector is my brand of choice, but I am thrilled to have this one in my herd!!!

This is only the 3rd Fender I've owned (06 MIJ Geddy and an '07 MIA Jazz Deluxe are the others) and they have all been top quality!!

The only complaint I have about this bass, and it is a very minor complaint, is that the neck is a bit chunkier than I like, but that is a simple fix! :D

All in all, I am extremely happy with this bass, the price I paid for it and the customer service that I received from GC!

I just got a blizzard pearl white 08' P bass myself. The build is great and I love the polished fretboard.
There are a few around here that say the pup is not so good but I highly disagree. I have had no issues with neck adjustments also..great bass.
