NBD '74 Fender Precision

SEXY as all hell. You should check all the other dates on this bass as the neckplate if it was a 75 would be in the 500,000's all the way to 600,000's generally. I have an untouched 73/74 (look left) that seems to be 72/73 parts and the neck plate is in the 500's. Not that any of this matters, but it's always fun to know what your bass is made up of date-wise. I woulda bought what you've just scored just on that insane sunburst alone...
 
Great bass. I have a similar one from the same era (serial 410xxx) and it's the lightest pbass I have
