NBD, BFR Sterling 5H

Yaaaaaa. So I got this bad boy on ebay for a pretty darn good deal. I was figuring I would flip it on here and make a couple bucks but when I opened up the box, (which was delievered by some guy in a Prius), everything was in 100% perfect brand new condition. Soooo I plugged it in anddddddddd....I'm pretty sure I'm keeping it. The pictures don't do this bass justice, the birdseye on the neck is unreal. The ebony board is really doing it for me its like maple on steroids. Does anybody else have one of these BFRs? I've never seen another Sterling 5H BFR.

Haaa, good idea. I'm not sure why I chose Laklowsky, I think I was watching The Big Lebowski the night before.

Funny story. See that plank of wood in the background with "Lakland" written on it? My wife bought me a Lakland gig back a couple years ago for Christmas, (before we were married). I had been bugging her to buy me a Lakland bass like none stop, I was being really annoying. So she took that plank of wood, wrote "Lakland" on it and stuck it in the gig bag along with a couple dumb bells. So here I am on Christmas opening up a brand new gig bag, thats heavy and it's definitely got something in it!....I opened it and my dreams were crushed, everyone else had a good laugh though.
