So, I picked this up at GC over the weekend as a part of their memorial day sale. I intended to get a cheapo acoustic for practicing around the house and taking outside to sit in the backyard with while I watched the kids play. I ended up with something a little nicer than what I intended. I don't regret it at all.
I've had a chance to plug this in and play in a trio setting. It sounds pretty good. Definitely a completely different tonal palette from a slab bass. I have a show coming up where we're going to do an acoustic set. I was just planning on bringing my Lakland, now I'll take this one.
I have a set of TI Acousticores on the way as well. So, we'll see how that changes the tone and volume.
