Planned Mods
Sexy set of Labella Black Nylon Tapewound Strings
Swap gaudy gold hardware for black (~$100 from Carvin)
Purchase/Install GraphTech Piezo Pre ($150)
Modify bridge to fit piezo saddles
Add 9v battery to pups (18v total)
Refinish neck.. (who uses wound strings on a fretless??)
Clean up wiring to reduce noise.
Might attempt to clean up the finish (light swirl marks)

I saw that one on the 'Bay last week. Nice score.

I recently picked up an unlined XB76WP for CHEEP and absolutely love it. Know that you'll need extra long scale strings. I put long scale Chromes on mine and the silk windings extend past the nut. Doh!!
