NBD - Custom Shop 62 Precision: Wildwood 10 Edition

10/10 not much more to say! Except I'll be adding a nice, dark, Spitfire guard as the icing on the cake.
Well, here's my 1960. The body is an Oly white refin but it still has it's original tort guard. As you can see it's definitely red. Many Fenders from the early 60's had reddish tort guards on them. I think the OP's bass is period correct as far as the PG is concerned.
This pic above is with light coming in through the window.
This is the bass in the case with natural light. Not as bright of red as the other pic but you can still see it has a lot of red in it.
A real beauty and FWIW I love that PG it's very period correct. That neck wood is awesome. Very nice bass.
It's a store that commissions custom shop instruments. These ones have a 10" radius fretboard.

From your picture, i love how the brown tort match quite nice with the dark fretboard.
I prefer spitfire guard if your CS P are relic.
