I’ve been looking for one of these for about 5 years. So, I was about to create a custom build 10 string. My luthier asked me to get specs. I did a quick search, look what I found!

A 15-string would be cool if it could be done without the neck being too wide. 5-string with 2 drones per string.

You can see the bow from the tension, but the seller seemed to be a pretty good luthier. The intonation is right on and so far it’s staying in tune

Landed mine in April 2019.
I refer to it as the window rattler!

Yours looks to be in better shape.
Definitely hard to come by, that’s for sure
