NBD: G&L JB

Found a great deal on a NOS G&L JB on the bay. Excellent condition and awesome tone. 2 years old and was unplayed - still had the plastic on the pickguard - no marks on the plastic - no signs of wear on the frets.

Two LB100's out there now -- mostly L2000 and L2500's
some asat
JB and SB are rare birds

How do you tell if it is a quartersawn neck? My docs don't say if it is or not. Neck is rock solid for sure.

Check the grain at the neck pocket. If the grain is vertical you have Quartersawn. Do a informational search for G&L necks.
