NBD!!! Gibson G-3!

Hello friends. Got this from the States a couple of days ago. 1985 Gibson G-3, made a month before I was born. Plays and feels great, I love the big style body! Sounds very Fender Jazz, but that aint no bad thing. Quite a chunky neck, but my big hands can cope! Enough chatting...here's the pics. Excuse my dirty back yard!

I have a 77 G-3, same maple w/ black. Your's looks to be pretty clean. Mine has seen some action, but it's my one and only bass and I friggin' love it. Others are often surprised at how chunky the neck is and how heavy it is; particularly because I'm not a big guy.

I've been playing through a '73 Ampeg V-4B with no effects and the tone is rich and delicious.
