Model B12S Thunderous sound. I can’t find a scratch on her. 11lbs so it doubles as anchor for a boat

Thankfully that is not true anymore, the 12-string sets aren't that expensive or impossible to obtain nowadays.

Great looking bass! I'd love to try a short scale 12-string bass since I've only seen long scales (and own two).
That Les Paul Junior/Hamer Sunburst body shape is my favourite and even made me to have a new body made for a Korean CH-12. In hindsight I should have had the body enlargened a bit as it is a very neck-heavy. No wonder Hamer did not offer that body with a long scale neck...

The pickup surround is for necessity as it has gone through (too) many variations but I think I have settled in for now. The classic 60s T-bird locations work for octave stringed basses too.
