It's almost too nice for a young gigging musician like me.. but nonetheless, this will cost a lot less to bring with me on my move to Belize than the SVT stack I traded for it!

2013 Classic Sabre! I seriously cannot find a ding or scratch on it other than the pickguard. I got a white and tort with it, but I'm gonna keep the black on it for now.

When I was watching the video for it on Sweetwater the guy was complaining about no center detent on the knobs.. but sounds like the EQ is boost only

without further ado, pic's! That birdseye...

Of course now I don't have a decent amp to play it on, but no point in shipping a bass cab to Belize! The studio monitors will have to do for home playing for now.

I'm not 100% sure about the boost-only thing. I thought they were mostly boost, but the bottom of range has a bit of cut? I could easily be wrong...

Well I've found myself in a position where I could go work 60 hours a week and live in the projects, or I could have a normal job and support myself just fine in Belize. My apt. is going to be about $350 a month furnished, including utilities. Super cheap to live there. And if you do anything for tips the U.S. dollar goes really far (there's 150+ miles of reef, so lots of diver tourism). Not escaping anything but the United States poverty machine. Hell, I might still be poor down there, but at least I'll be on the beach.

The Sabre is a killer bass. The best of the Classic line but with some modern features I dig the most (compensated nut, higher radius fingerboard).

I've always wanted a bongo or a 'Ray, never thought I'd get one of these! It's not even the color scheme I would pick right away, but I've decided it's definitely my favorite. Not too flashy, but gorgeous if you get a good look at it.

Sabres are my favorite MM bass. I primarily play passive, but if I wanted an active, this would be it. In black though.
