Cool bass. I remember GASing over these when they came out! Didn't have the cash...and I just looked around, its a hard to find bass.

I kinda wanted one of those when they first came out. But I was financing recording stuff at the time, never got around to buying one (which, of course, I don't really NEED, lol.) But very interested in what you have to say about the sound!
I got a trade offer once of a Lace Helix and was really considering it but got a cash offer for my bass at the last minute. I preferred cash as I had a certain bass in mind (a bass I no longer have I should mention so I have big regrets of not taking that Helix and at the very least giving it a try), they're so freakin' hard to find these days. Curious to see how it sounds and what I missed out on. sigh....
