The reverse-P pickup is the best gain from this.

If you really wanted to go crazy, you could get a new pickguard without the knob holes, route out the back, and install the controls on the bottom where you wont bump them. Pink knobs would hide them pretty well.

...or you could really make folks crazy if you're a "set and forget" player. Use trim pots internally.

Thought about it and decided not to. I switch and blend pickups too often. Maybe some of those pots that you push for flush mount or to pop out like on some Ibanez pedals I can think of... Haven't a clue what they're called though.
