Ya it’s one of those colours. Add to that the variations btw models and countries and there’s really no telling.

Here’s a pic in sunlight which I think is closer to the actual. Pretty cool tomato soup I think.

Very accurate description. And yes, the indoor and outdoor photos really do demonstrate the color in different lighting. I have a mid-'80s E-Series MIJ Precision. Great bass...

I love it. In my experience, MIJ or CIJ Fenders are excellent. Sometimes on the heavy side. I own three and two of them are a tad heavy but they sound great. Love that color.
