Got here a few hours ago and hard to put down!! I was worried about the neck and string spacing but for some reason it just feels right. Already recorded a track straight in and the clarity is just insane. Its heavier than I anticipated but that just means I need to get used to it. Only maybe a pound heavier than my jabba but enough to notice.

Congrats, killer Mtd! I’ve got a mid 90’s Tobias basic 5 with a zebrawood top, it’s a bit on the heavier side, but tonally it is incredible and one of my best sounding basses ever & worth the weight.

I think they are the normal Bartolini mtd pickups.
