Finally got to go back to Nashville after a year and a half because of the pandemic and look what followed me home! Just couldn’t pass up that finish and since I haven’t been able to find a Starry Night this seemed like the next best thing ;-)
I’d also been baking like a maniac and had saved up a nice chunk of change that enabled me to get it with the aid of a friends and family guitar center coupon -thanks Lyle!
She’s a beaut and the setup is sweet! This one has an 18 volt 3 band active EQ and a roasted neck. Can’t wait to play her Friday night! Pics really don’t do the finish justice ..I think I’m gonna order a clear pick guard to set that finish off even more!
Wonder if this finish is going to be limited? This was the first time I had seen one in person and Sweetwater had told me they weren’t getting a four string version for a couple more months.

I might like snowy night better than starry night.

I have been eyeing one of these new Specials. I have had a 5H Snowy Night and a 5H Frost Green in my Sweetwater cart for a while now. I can’t decide which one I like better - I just know I want the maple board.

Normally I'd suggest pearl, but clear might be perfect. PM me if you have a problem finding one. I just had an aged pearl made(now for sale) and it was perfect. He has the pattern for a Special 4H. Also have a Zero Mod if you need one. That bass is stunning!
