NBD: Project P

Nothing fancy, just a straight-up natural ash P. Warmoth body, stained with General Finishes Golden Pine and finished with about 5 coats of Minwax Wipe-On Poly, Semi-Gloss. MIM P neck and tuners, Hipshot Vintage bridge, Fender Custom Shop '62 pickup, CTS pots and Orange Drop cap. Currently strung with Ernie Ball Hybrid Slinkys, which I can't find a reason not to like. Caught in the low-angle rays of the setting sun.

Thanks. I put it together, but I ended up taking it to my tech after my wiring attempt failed. I'm pretty sure I snapped a lug on my volume pot, and by then I was ready to let a pro handle it. He also dressed the fret ends nicely.

That's funny, I never thought of doing that with a black guard. I like it!
