I was kinda skeptical about Sire basses at first but the looks on this one really got me. I was wanting something on the cheaper end and honestly cant believe the value. Bass feels great, the satin back of the neck is my preference and is very fast. Electronics sounded a lot better and quieter than I was expecting. 9.0lbs on the bathroom scale isn't bad, and I got a very decent bit of flame on the neck. Setup was petty decent out of the box, too! Definitely a Sire convert now. I have played A LOT of Squier CV and the like and IMO the way prices currently are I think you'd be better off with a Sire almost every time (if they're all this good. Big IF i know)
