This bass is really awesome. As well it should be for $999.00. One of the best necks I have ever had my hands on. The back electronics cover pops off and it is held on magnetically. They also went old school with the wiring. It has the old cloth covered wire under the hood. The compartment itself is big enough that you could drop an active preamp in there no problem. It has custom Wilkinson pickups along with the bridge and the tuners being Wilkinson. The neck is where this thing really shines. my guess is that they modeled the neck after an old '60s Jazz Bass neck. Below are a couple of videos (not me).
