Over the last couple years I have cannibalized Affinity Jazz basses for their lite weight bodies for other projects. Before I butchered the last one I plugged it in and was amazed. The sound of the ceramic pickups was surprisingly awesome! Especially thru a big tube amp. Instantly it was given a reprieve. It's a keeper
