Those are great basses! I have never seen one with an aftermarket neck.

Thanks, I hadn’t either. My buddy had the neck but it was beyond destroyed. I think it looks pretty cool.

interesting set-up with the intonation challenges and all. was the neck shaved down quite a bit? as a standard magnum neck is only 20 frets.

Nah. Just dropped right in. 20 frets, intonation great, plays great.
