Love this thing. My buddy traded me for a semi-hollow that he wanted to experiment with. Magnum body with an older Warmoth Jazz neck. Plays and sounds great! Gotta dig the oddballs!

Thanks. Me too!Nice looking mutt you have there! I love basses like that.
Why thank you, sir!Very cool.
Almost as cool as your Grateful Dead garden gnomes!![]()
Thanks. Maybe I will do a quick demo at some point.Whoa, that's a cool one! I'd love to hear how it sounds if you ever record anything with it.
It’s a little beefy but not too bad.Partridge family vibes. That was actually the first bass I'd ever held, at the Wurlitzer organ store in the Smithhaven Mall in Lake Grove Long Island NY, around 1976ish maybe. Of course that one had the ovation neck, but still....memories flooding back. Got some weight to it if i remember correctly...
Yeah. No real neck dive. It’s a neat bass for sure.Pretty cool. Besides the great aesthetics, having the controls way downstream like that helps control neck dive?![]()
Oh yeah, he did play one didn’t he?Time to play some Journey!
