Thanks y'all, good stuff!

I wound up finding a great deal on a re-issue Classic V and it arrived today! That said, I'd still like a nice USA-made Tobias at some point but this one seems like a good place to start. I know it's not the same as the old ones but having never experienced the old ones, I'm not really missing anything, at least not yet!
I can only judge it on its own merits rather than against its USA-made predecessors.

And so far so good, I've played it for about an hour and while I'll need to tweak the setup a little and spend some quality-time exploring the sound...

Yes, neck-through.
Bartolini pickups, I don't know the exact model.
MSRP in USA is $2399.
