NBD US Geddy Lee Jazz

Well, I did it, I bought my first Jazz bass! It plays like a dream and the sounds are off the hook! Killer bridge, sweet neck and it looks fantastic in my opinion. This is a quality instrument. I was wondering what you all thought about this particular Jazz since it is supposed to be modeled after Geddy's '72 Jazz. If you are a Jazz Bass enthusiast, please tell me your opinion of the US Geddy. Being my first Jazz, I am a newbie to Fender basses! Thanks.

I would also like to get a Fender 51 P bass to finish out my collection? I don't know what they sound like but they look very cool. I can't locate any Sting basses either. Maybe I should try and build one?

Mine has become my number #1. It is under 9lbs, balances is perfect and plays like a dream. It has ended my gas. Congrats on yours.

Congrats! I play mine a lot. Mine weighs in at 9.3 lbs. A real smooth player.

I just listened to an old recording where I used a friends MIJ Geddy Lee and it sounded so good. Makes me want one of these.
